Roles & Responsibility
· B.tech Electronics & Communications (ECE) required
· Basic knowledge on C programming as well as Electronics components required.
· Manage and coordinate activities within the R&D department to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all internal communications, facilitating smooth operations within the hardware designing & software coding team.
· Ensuring to coordinate with PCB & Hardware Designers and Embedded Software Developers to get the work done within timelines.
· Remain updated on Zoho Project Portal & ensuring the team members’ updates on the same portal to bring clarity on timeframes as well as the progress reports.
· Assist in planning and executing product initiatives, ensuring alignment on objectives and deadlines among team members.
· Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing, and development teams to streamline processes and enhance communication.
· Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying potential delays and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
· Maintain organized documentation of processes, project status, and performance metrics to support team transparency and the progress report.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in ECE, EE, or a related field is required.
· Proven experience in an analyst or coordination role, preferably within a product-focused environment.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
